The Ms. Print

Emily Berg
Emily Berg is a senior at SMA. At SMA she participates in Rose Choir, leads SMA Historical Society, and is a founding member of Women in Color in Action.  She has worked at an immigration law office since spring of her sophomore year. Emily is a complete nerd and proud of it. She can talk about Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, and Hamilton enough to have these said topics banned at the dinner table. In fact, her proudest accomplishments this past year were getting her entire family obsessed with Hamilton and learning to code well enough to make her Tumblr layout more aesthetically pleasing. She loves to travel to new places and hopes to study abroad in college and plans to major in international business. Her current favorite show is Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Her favorite Disney princess is Moana. Her Hogwarts house cup is Ravenclaw. She could watch Guardians of the Galaxy a thousand times and never get tired of it. She is the current lead of the Arts & Entertainment Department and is excited to explore how pop culture reflects the ideals and values of our society.
