Lena Cakarnis
Lena is a senior at SMA who enjoys writing fiction novels and articles about the social injustices present in our world.  She is involved with sports, mainly track and field and swimming, and enjoys being alone with her pets, mainly her cat Luna. Outside of her schooling, she volunteers at Bonnie Hays Small Animal Shelter and spends a lot of time reading or outside. She works in the Social Impact department as the lead, and this is her second semester in media communications. She spends most of her time writing fanfictions for or personal novel writing, she aspires to go into journalism in college as a major and psychology or animal behavior as a minor.
